Every book is printed to order by our print partner, Lulu Direct, then shipped directly to you.

Delivery estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Your book is printed and bound after you order, so total delivery time includes both print production and transit. Delays can happen due to an incorrect address, customs processing, severe weather, or other events outside our control. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.

International orders

International and Priority Mail shipments can take up to 28 days to arrive. Duties or import taxes charged by your country's customs agency are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and can't be held responsible for delays or costs they cause. International Economy packages are handed off to your local postal service for final delivery.

PO boxes, military, and other special addresses

A few address types have restrictions on shipping method:

01PO Box addresses can only be reached by Mail or Priority Mail. Carriers like FedEx and UPS can't deliver there.

02Military addresses (APO/FPO) and diplomatic (DPO) addresses must ship via USPS; expedited shipping isn't available for these.

03We also support Armed Forces Europe, Pacific, and America shipping destinations.

04Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico using standard Mail typically take at least 14 days in transit.

05Correctional facilities often have their own delivery rules. For example, coil-bound books usually aren't accepted, and Mail is typically the only allowed shipping method. Please check with the specific facility beforehand to make sure the book you select (size, binding, etc.) meets their guidelines. If a facility returns an order to sender, we're unable to offer a refund or reprint.

Weight and quantity limits

Some carriers cap how much a single shipment can weigh, which may limit which shipping methods are available for larger orders or bulk quantities.

Damaged, defective, or missing orders

If your book arrives damaged or defective, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the shipment date with a photo (for damage claims) and we'll send a free replacement. See our FAQ for more on what's covered.
